How we work with the account

Transparent, secure, API-driven internally

You retain ownership of your Google Ads account. We get access via Google's official invitation flow on ads.google.com and use the Google Ads API internally to pull performance data into our reporting system and internal analytics tooling.

The API integration is used solely to deliver the service: reporting, optimisation and automated anomaly alerts. We do not expose your campaign data to third parties, do not use it to train AI models, and do not share it between clients.

Pricing & engagement

Monthly retainer, clear scope, easy to exit

  • Fixed monthly fee

    Your invoice is the same every month — no hourly billing for quick questions or report reviews.

  • 3-month minimum

    Google Ads optimisation needs data. The first three months are the window we need to actually move the numbers.

  • 30-day notice

    After the initial period the agreement is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice — no exit fees.

Data protection & compliance

Built on Google's own rules

  • Google API Services User Data Policy — we follow Google's user-data policy, including the Limited Use requirements. API data is used solely to deliver the agreed service.
  • You own the account — we act as an invited user/manager. When the engagement ends you revoke access from ads.google.com and our internally cached account data is deleted within 30 days.
  • GDPR aware — we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) when required. Data is stored within the EU and protected by encryption and access control.
  • No resale — your campaign data, keywords and conversions are never sold or shared with third parties. They are not used to train AI models.
